Victoria Hapkido offers classes to all ages and levels in the style of "Kum Moo Kwan"

The ancient Korean Martial art of total self defence includes coordinated power and Dan Jun breathing. Before learning, the following basic foundations are important:

  • Mind Control (meditation)

  • Abdomen Breathing (Ki power control)

  • Isometric (muscle and body control)

Basic Rolling Techniques:

  • Front Shoulder Roll

  • Side Shoulder Roll

  • Stand-By Shoulder Roll

  • Long Dive and High Shoulder Roll

Regular Techniques: 

Front and Back; Sparring; Boxing; Judo; Kicking

Advanced Techniques:

Choke Hold Technique; Knife; Chair Defence; Ground Defence

High Class Techniques:

Stick Defence (Dambon, Bamboo & Sword); Fan Defence; Belt; Pistol; Handcuff; Cane

Special Private Training: Pressure Points; Human Body Acupuncture Point (High Level Course); Joint Lock
